Fortunately for me I attended the company’s health and wellness event where Gail was the fitness director. I took a fat/muscle test and learned my fat ratio was too high. Gail convinced me to attend one of her classes at the gym. I agreed, halfheartedly, to attend one class. With Gail’s encouragement and motivational skills this one class multiplied into hundreds. Most importantly, she does not only focus on exercise but all aspects of health. Gail gave me valuable nutritional advice that I have incorporated into my daily eating habits. She gave me the support and encouragement I needed to quit a 35 year smoking habit! I have not smoked for over 10 years and have no desire to smoke. I am very grateful toward Gail and that one class I agreed to take 14 years ago.
